About this place

Bageri1 AB wears the quiet charm of a neighborhood bakery in Alingsås, where Sunday-like calm lingers in the air as the morning bakery works its magic. The shop glows with soft, early-light and the scent of warm bread and cinnamon drifts around the counter, inviting passersby to pause. A gentle rhythm from the ovens and the pastry case creates a warm, intimate mood that feels both everyday and special, even before the day’s bustle begins.
