Bar Bulot is a fish and shellfish restaurant in Stora Saluhallen in Gothenburg with an evening bar vibe already in the middle of the day. With us, the sea's best ingredients, local producers and locally grown in focus, with a menu shaped by a French bistro vibe. From Monday to Saturday we welcome you for everything from business meetings and birthday celebrations to long dinners with wine and our classic fish soup. For those who want to experience more, we also offer a seasonal three-course tasting menu. In the glasses we serve carefully selected wines, classic cocktails and craft beers from local breweries.
