About this place

Matateljén is a restaurant in Slakthusområdet, Johanneshov, next to Avicii Arena and 3Arena. Here curiosity-driven, modern cooking meets a warm, relaxed atmosphere in a unique venue. We cook food with the seasons as a starting point and let the ingredients show the way. On weekdays lunch is served, and in the evenings an à la carte menu as well as a fixed four-course menu are offered. Sit down in the dining room or at the kitchen bar in our open kitchen, hang out in our bar or on our outdoor seating with evening sun, drop by before a concert or stay the whole evening. There is a carefully curated wine list to accompany the food. For larger parties and private dinners we have a chambre séparée with seating for up to 21 people.
