Centrale Trattoria & Vinoteca is an Italian restaurant and wine bar on Bergmansgatan in Mölndal. We are a personal trattoria where the food is made from scratch according to traditional Italian recipes, from pasta and antipasti to classic main courses, always with carefully selected ingredients at the center. Here it's just as nice to linger longer over a dinner with family as to sit down for a glass of wine with friends. The wine list features Italian wines and tasty drinks, and in the wine bar we also host wine tastings where you sample selected Italian wines with a board of cheese and charcuterie. If you don't have time to cook yourself you can take the dinner home, since the whole menu is available for takeaway. Welcome to your Italian neighborhood bistro in Mölndal.
