About this place

ADAMO is a mid-century inspired cocktailbar in Gothenburg where the focus sits on crafted drinks, complemented by beer and wine, and late-night hours that stretch from 16:00 to 01:00 most days. The space breathes with warm amber lighting, polished wood surfaces, and the soft clinking of glassware that underscores a relaxed, intimate rhythm. Seating is intimate and the bartenders move with practiced ease, inviting conversation as flavors unfold in precisely balanced cocktails.
