Welcome to Barley's Food Factory at Skanstorget 4, halfway between Haga and Linné in Gothenburg. We are a hamburger restaurant and bar that focuses on what actually matters: hearty burgers, really good beer and tasty drinks. Here you get a genuine "American Fun Dining" experience. On the menu you’ll find classic beef burgers, awesome vegetarian and vegan options, and truly crispy French fries. In the bar we have also loaded with over 100 different beers from both local and international microbreweries.
