About this place

Welcome to Brisket & Friends Göteborg - your meat restaurant with Texas-inspired BBQ, bar hangout and local beers. We are inside Victoriagården with over 60 seats and accessible via the walkways into the courtyard. There we smoke brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more overnight with hickory wood right in the restaurant. Order meat by the hundred grams, add a few sides and share with friends or choose one of our ready-made packages and let us take care of you. Sit down upstairs in our bar with a beer from our own brewery BIG BONE BREWS or a cocktail in hand, pickleback is always ready. Lunch, dinner, after-work or full evening? We’ve got it covered. Catering and large bookings? No problem. Kind of like Texas, but in Gothenburg. See you, y'all!
