Grano is the Sjögren brothers' restaurant and wine bar on Vasagatan 32 in Vasastan, Gothenburg. We have done away with white tablecloths to instead offer guests cooking at a high level. Come in for a dinner, share some small plates, or hang out at an after-work. The menu changes constantly as the seasons change, but our acclaimed pizza with pancetta, comté and lemon always remains on the menu. Only that one is worth a visit. We offer bookable tables for your dinner but at the same time we operate a live dining space, which means we always have space for drop-in. You can sit at our outdoor seating when the weather permits or book Grano Studio. It functions as a private chambre séparee for a group of friends or the business dinner for 10 to 20 people.
