About this place

Restaurang Collage is a French restaurant in central Gothenburg. The menu is inspired by Parisian neighborhood bakeries and New York bistros, where classic French dishes meet a modern twist and flavors from all over the world. Our bar is an obvious meeting place in the city for both planned dinners and spontaneous drinks in the evening. During the warm months, our outdoor seating offers a perfect place to soak up the atmosphere in the local area. Our brasserie is housed in a premises on Kyrkogatan packed with history. Over the past 200 years, the building has been home to everything from a cigar factory to a wine warehouse and a porcelain shop. Today we write a new chapter in the property's storied history and carry the heritage forward with French cooking. Welcome to Collage!
