About this place

Sushi Group Sweden Ab presents a focused dining concept in Gothenburg, inviting guests into a contemporary sushi restaurant where the counter cadence and knife rhythm guide the pace. The space is lit with clean, underlit surfaces and a quiet clatter of transfer bowls, letting pristine fish and precise nigiri take the starring role. Aromas of soy, citrus, and warm rice mingle with muted textures and a restrained color palette, creating an environment that unfolds around you as you settle in for a carefully composed meal.
