TAVOLO - An Italian restaurant in Gothenburg where the menu is built on Italian culinary tradition. The food is inspired by Italy's various regions, and we import authentic ingredients such as charcuterie, cheeses and olive oils directly from the origin regions. The concept is based on sharing dishes within the group around the table, where everything from pasta to artisan-baked sourdough pizzas is in focus. Adjacent to the dining room there is a lively bar where our bartenders serve craft cocktails throughout the evening. The meal is framed by a unique environment in the old Artillery Stables, inspired by New York's grandeur. The interior features Sicilian walnut flooring, where the six-ton horse statue in the center of the room constitutes a central element. Welcome!
