Bread Direct is an artisanal bakery in Norberg focusing on sourdough bread - freshly baked sourdough bread every day. At our bakery, sourdough bread is baked only with flour from older wheat varieties and cultured cereals. Each loaf is handmade and contains only pure flour, water, sourdough, and salt. No other additives.
