About this place

Himkok is a cocktail bar and distillery at Storgata 27 in Oslo sentrum, near Youngstorget. The name means moonshine, and we distil our own aquavit, gin and vodka on site. In the main bar we offer table service and seasonal Nordic cocktails built from local ingredients and our own spirits. Upstairs is a second cocktail bar, open every day and available to book for bigger groups and private events. Out back, our courtyard bar serves Norwegian craft beers and ciders in a relaxed setting. We also run courses in cocktails and spirits through Himkok Academy. Open every day, with walk-ins welcome and tables available to book. The entrance is easy to miss: look for the door under the blue lamp.
