About this place

Right at the beginning of Smögen’s pier, in the same premises where the shrimp sandwich first saw its light in 1931, you will find Skäret. Just as in the 1930s, it is the food and the view over Smögen’s harbor entrance that are in focus for us. Our house has something for all occasions. On the ground floor you will meet our café, bar and our bistro, a place where you can have a fika with sourdough bread from the bakery, eat a good lunch or have a glass of wine on our sunny outdoor seating. On the upper floor in our restaurant we have tasteful menus, composed by Thomas Sjögren, Linnea Jarnrot and Tim Larsson. Book a table for an experience with four- and six-course menus, luxurious à la carte and a solid wine list. The evening ends in our piano bar with good drinks, atmosphere and live music.
