About this place

At Flippin we like simple burgers with no fuss that are made from scratch. For real. That is why we work exclusively with small meat producers who have a handle on animal husbandry and slaughter. With animals that are allowed to be outdoors and eat grass because they simply fare best. Then the meat also becomes fine and flavorful. Of course all the meat we use is fresh.
