Under Kastanjen - a restaurant & cafe in Gamla stan where Swedish food, history and community meet under one roof. Here lunch is served with traditional dishes always including soups, meatballs and pies, with homemade bread on the side. At midday many gather for fika with freshly baked pastries and coffee. When evening comes the mood shifts to tranquil and inviting, and dinner is served in the beautiful arches - rustic, classic and with a heart in the Swedish kitchen. The cozy bar offers wine, beer and other drinks for both food and socializing.
