Welcome to Wirströms on Stora Nygatan in Old Town. Under the cellar arches where ovens once stood in a 17th-century bakery, you’ll find a genuine pub where classic pub buzz meets a totally international atmosphere. In the center stands our Guinness tap, where the town’s best-pulled pint slowly grows, perfect for our menu that offers everything from a classic club sandwich to the Irish pub favorite spicy spice bag. We operate as an engaged sports bar showing football, rugby, Six Nations and GAA, and of course we show the matches during the World Cup. In addition, the cellar is regularly filled with free live music with intimate trad sessions and blues bands. In summer we open our beautiful outdoor seating. Sit down in one of our corners or have something cold to drink in the sun!
