Spiseriet - A Nordic restaurant in Varberg that creates unique taste experiences at Johnssons Farm in Vare. Here we transform the region's best ingredients into pure culinary joy, with a menu in constant change depending on what Halland's farms deliver. We have fantastic spaces that are perfect for larger gatherings, whether you want to book a private wine tasting, eat a peaceful lunch or enjoy a long dinner. During the summer we open up every day. In the evening our fine Menu Spiseriet is served, and in our lovely wine garden on the outdoor seating we offer good drinks, charcuterie and delicacies from our cheese shop together with a wine list of 300 unique items.
