Aifur Krog & Bar is Sweden's first Viking restaurant and a culinary bringing-to-life of the late Iron Age, located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. The tavern is created in honor of our Nordic ancestors and the Viking ship Aifur, which sailed to Novgorod in 1994. Here you can experience historically recreated interior, live music on traditional instruments and a menu inspired by the Vikings' travels. All guests sit at long tables - just as in the old days. In our pub we serve a rare and carefully selected assortment of mead, beer and much more. Replicas from Birka and the Oseberg ship surround you. With us it accommodates up to 150 people, of which 100 are seated. Perfect for dinners, parties or corporate events. Welcome to an evening 1100 years back in time!
