About this place

Welcome to Biblioteket Live, a grand and lively entertainment house in the historic Medborgarhuset on Södermalm. Here you leave everyday life behind under six meters high ceilings, surrounded by a warm Art Deco environment, preserved K-marked bookshelves and a majestic wine cabinet. With us you get a complete evening under one and the same roof. Enjoy a well-prepared lunch, atmospheric weekend brunch, or dinner with modern European cuisine in our restaurant. Begin with elegant cocktails and fresh oysters in our cocktail bar or gather under Ljusgården's beautiful glass ceiling for unique events and conferences. The evening grows freely between our four bars with bubbling live music, entertainment and sophisticated pulse from our DJs in the middle of Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm.
